Matlama

The Matlama features a striking border pattern with a plain reversible centre. It is the only Basotho blanket designed this way. Traditionally the fringed version is worn by women during the wedding ceremony. The bound version of the Matlama was recently introduced by Aranda and is predominantly worn by men. 

Matlama with fringe is available in Maroon colour only.

Matlama with bound border is available in black and brown colours.
